Variety Mandó
Bunches:
Medium size.
Truncoconical, with marked shoulders, some of them with the first very marked and long branching.
They are compact and homogeneous.
Berries:
Small in size and spherical.
Intense dark green color that turns to light purple when ripe.
Agonomic Characteristics:
- Sensitive to powdery mildew.
- Insensitive to mildew.
- Not very sensitive to botrytis.
- Medium production.
Winemaking potential:
- The mandó is capable of producing very aromatic musts, with a high coloring intensity and a particular bouquet.
- Variety very suitable for aging wines.
