Variety Mandó

Bunches:

Medium size.

Truncoconical, with marked shoulders, some of them with the first very marked and long branching.

They are compact and homogeneous.


Berries:

Small in size and spherical.

Intense dark green color that turns to light purple when ripe.

Agonomic Characteristics:

  • Sensitive to powdery mildew.
  • Insensitive to mildew.
  • Not very sensitive to botrytis.
  • Medium production.

Winemaking potential:

  • The mandó is capable of producing very aromatic musts, with a high coloring intensity and a particular bouquet.
  • Variety very suitable for aging wines.
