NOVEMBER: harvest of late cycle varieties, early varieties fall leaves.

1- Decisions

Harvest of long-cycle vine varieties :

  • Petit Verdot,
  • Bobal,
  • Monastrell,
  • Airén,
  • Cayetana Blanca,
  • Parellada…

2- Irrigation

In harvested varieties, provide irrigation to increase soil moisture up to field capacity.

3- Phytosanitary Treatments

Sulfur application to combat mildew spores.

4- Background Fertilization

Background fertilization application .

5- Soil management

Tillage and planting of ground cover .

6- Preparation of new plantations

New plantations : contributions of manure.

Contact with the nursery to reserve the vine plants.
